New Mexico Canine Rescue and Safequard

NMCRS houses approximately ten homeless dogs at any one time.  It costs an average of $250 to house a homeless dog.  That cost breaks down into expense categories for food, vet care, training, rehabilitation, socialization,  spaying or neutering, and utilities to heat the kennels.  There may also be the expense of transporting many of these dogs to various Colorado shelters for adoption into their new, wonderful homes.

NOTE:  All dogs are spayed and neutered before adoption from our facility.

We heartily welcome the donation of blankets and towels.  We currently have more dog collars and equipment that we have need for.

The best gift of all, if you can’t adopt, is a donation to help keep us moving forward on this important mission.  Please know that a contribution of any amount helps.  Some  examples:

~ A donation of $5.00 will cover vaccinations for one dog.

~ A donation of  $15 will feed one dog for one month.

~ A donation of $60 will cover the cost of spaying or neutering one dog.

Please feel free to mail us a check . It is even easier and faster to make a donation now directly to our PayPal account (a link for this is coming soon!)

NMCRS is a 501©3, and your donations are tax deductible.
